Brass Bush BSP REDUCING Reducer Connector (1"F x 3/4"M)

I purchased this adaptor to reduce the outlet from my standard 3/4 inch garden tap to 1/2 inch to allow a shower hose to be attached for cleaning my dogs. It fits in exactly the same way as a standard 3/4 inch washing machine hose. However, the key thing with all these other fittings is that they necessarily and obviously come with washers and this one came without and thus leaked terribly when tried. There are identical products available on Amazon at the same price that do come with the necessary washer, so I would suggest choosing one of those instead.

This should really be included in the Amazon air hose reel kit as they got their description wrong in starting the reel was 1/4 BSP. It’s actually 3/8 BSP… so this works to attach the hose male 3/8 BSP to a standard compressor 1/4 outlet

Ordered this for a Grohe tap in order to connect to the UK spec pipes. Had no issues at all despite reading some negative reviews. The thread works perfectly and there was a washer included to ensure no leaks. Make sure you get the washer flush otherwise you'll need to make an adjustment. Recommend you screw these onto the pipe first then attach the tail pipes from the tap. No complaints from me. If anything it was the tail pipes on the tap itself that I had to wrestle with. But these adaptors were spot on.

I bought these to join a Pressure Reducing Valve to my 15mm house mains. The ones I bought locally had a bulkier flange on the 3/4 BSP end, that fouled against the valve barrel and therefore couldn't be tightened sufficiently. I bought these as the photo showed that the end of the fitting was plain but the ones that arrived also had a flange like my other ones. However, the fitting was slightly shorter and of better quality so I was able to tighten it. So, nice item, good quality but please change the photo.

Needed a pair of adaptors to connect a Grohe tap tail with 15mm female to a standard 3/8 male connector.Initial look was they looked and are good qualty, what let's them down is they you can pt them on with your hand, no tools required as the female thread is larger than a standard 1/2 inch quoted, there was a good 1-1.5mm variance, I added PTFE tap around 8 turns in total to get the required tension, however, a droplet of water is still managing to squeeze through, so no good for the jobIf the measurements were accurate I would recommend but not on this occasion, the quality of the brass is good though
