Great back up power source.
I have had this for a few weeks now and have stressed tested it. So far it has been working great I haven tested it with my gaming laptop 2020 elektroniks max 17. I have gotten around 5 hours with moderate use and close to 8 with light use. It does have pass through charging so I expect it to make next hurricane season more comfertable. Unfortunately where I'm at we get hit by every hurricane that rolls through. So it's gonna be nice to be able to charge my ham radio ht's, charge my tablet and run a small fan and few other small devices. I do plan to get a 200 watt briefcase solar pannel. The only complaint I have is anthing I plug into ac doest sit completly flush there is a noticable gap where you can see the prongs it's not huge but it's noticeable. But all in all this is a great unit and I highly recomend it.

AnkerDirect delivery problem
Anker used FedEx to deliver (not Amazon fulfillment). FedEx delivered to a different address and signed by someone else (stated in FedEx delivery confirmation email). Called Anker for help and they said it is not their problem! Now phone tagging with FedEx and if they can't recover it, looks like the only option is to dispute with my credit card company.11/20 FedEx finally recovered and delivered the package. Although the phone conversation with Anker was not helpful, their email customer support team is impressively supportive and nice. The ANKER 555 is working well as expected, it was charged from 0 to 100% in a bit over 3 hours using the OEM charger and an extra 65w usbc PD charger together. Very impressive that it can pull in 259W to charge.

Nice design, Good value, and Top quality
Really fast delivery. I had a Jackery 1000 before, but I was often short of outlets, particularly when camping with families. I like the design of this Anker 555 in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. The 6 AC and 3 USB-C can easily power all electronics of my family plus a mini fridge. This is much needed for camping and also very useful in case of emergency.I've been using Anker products like phone charger without any problems so I'm glad they have power stations now. The LPF batteries make it particularly attractive as it's safer and more reliable than standard batteries. The 5y warranty is a big bonus BTW.PS: The whole thing is a little heavier than the jackery one, probably because of the LFP battery, but I can carry it myself without much difficulty.

Almost Perfect for off the grid operations
Worked perfectly for its intended usage at first.I could get 20 hours total of usage from it for my cpap at night before charging it at first in my field exercise in the desert. But after about a week of use I was only getting about 6 hours of use. The batteries seemed to be short lived. Which is unusual. I may have a defective one. It stayed in my tent throughout the day and night unless I needed to charge it. Then it was in my vehicle charging. Charging using the 12v adapter was slow but expected. Took about 6-8 hours to charge fully. I will have to reach out to Anker I guess to see about either checking it for defective batteries or getting it exchanged for another one, as I will still be needing this

Very versatile, and perfect for insane laptop battery life
In addition to everything else, this has a 100W USB-C plug. That makes it perfect for running most modern laptops at full power without internal battery drain. If you have need of using discrete graphics on battery power for a full day, this is for you.It has a built-in display that shows wattage when the unit is charging or powering devices, battery percentage in a jumbo read out, and estimated time remaining until charge or battery depletion. The unit is silent, even when using the AC plugs; many units buzz or hum, but not this one.The included cigarette lighter plug is useful for car coolers, fans, etc without the inefficiency of using the AC plugs. It's hard to say anything negative about this. It's a bit heavier than it looks, but a moderately strong person will have no trouble carrying it one-handed.

One more phenomenal portable power station from Anker!
This PowerHouse is a beast! I bought it to power more electronics in a blackout, and it's working like a charm! I can run a microwave or electric kettle off of this things for as long as necessary (the device says 40-45 minutes for each), a mini fridge, and more! It's definitely a lot heavier than most other power stations, but the power it puts out definitely makes up for it! Overall I am impressed with the PowerHouse 555, and I can't for them to release the PowerHouse 767 later this year (they announced that news on July 25th)!
