Just what we wanted!!

The weight of these models gives them a very nice heft and allows them to stand well in the carpet which makes the best play surface (or grass, outside). The sizes are as indicated. These are well worth the price and make a great addition to a safari themed animal collection.

This mini Lion pride is adorable. The figures are well made, similar in weight and quality to Schleich, which I consider to be a sort of gold standard. My children have collected animal toys for YEARS, and were impressed with this set. I will mention, as with other figures by this maker, the animals are "intact," so you may have to deal with anatomy questions. I think it adds to the authenticity, and provides an added ability to have candid conversations, for further learning. Not a problem for us, but it may deter others, just so you are aware.

I use these to teach animals to teach animals and environments. These are great for teaching a lion family, kids can play with them too.
