Great home abs machine
Great for a home machine. Easy to assemble, and doesn't take a lot of room. Has 3 levels of difficulty.

Easy to assemble
I hate this machine (in a good way) because by the end of my routine it kills. Stomach muscles have definitely got stronger after a couple of months using it.

Ab Coaster
Bit of guesswork involved in the assembly but was easy enough to work out. Reasonably solid bit of kit and you can definitely feel it working the muscles!

Easy to store
Awesome piece of kit. I only got this last week but it’s fabulous you can really feel it in your tummy area. Start off small don’t overdo it when starting out cos I made this mistake then had to take a good few days break from it because I was so tender in the tummy area.

Best ab machine ever,very easy set up in fact its idiot proof,I suffer terribly with a bad back and training normal sit ups aggravates my lower back,this machine does away with it,its hits the abs direct.Its worth every penny ive used it 3 times and ime already feeling great and starting to lose that excess fat.

Missing handles
Looks like a good product but was missing the handles and so can’t mount the counter. Still usable but disappointed. Shouldn’t have to use my time to return.
