FONUNO Vinyl Floor Transition Strip Self Adhesive Threshold Strip

I actually bought this to use on outside of my RV to close the gap between two panels and it worked well over piece of tape I put as water barrier. The double sided tape has been holding up well for the past month. The color hasn't changed but I guess we see how it stands after a year outside.

Product arrived as described and works well. Cleaned floor with alcohol prior to using to ensure to residue on floor. Has been in place for a few weeks now and is working well and looks really good. Used it on floor of bathroom between new tub and floor as the new tube is a half inch off from original. So there was a small gap between vinyl flooring and tub. Matched the cover strip to the tub and looks like it was meant to be that way.

This molding has extra grip tape so it stays there once pressed on .

When I installed new flooring in my office, I listened to the recommendations of a technical advisor from the company who manufactured my flooring. He told me that it would be best if I left a transition at the doorway of each exam room, even though the company information did not have a maximum length of continuous flooring. I thought that might be a good idea in case the flooring in a particular area was damaged. I would be able to remove it without having to remove a large section of flooring in another area. However, I am on a concrete slab and the transitions that the company recommended I use did not work well. They were a little difficult to install and they were easily knocked out of place when a patient would come up to it with their walker or their wheelchair and get nervous and slam into it several times rather than try to work their walker or wheelchair over it easily. My flooring had about a three-quarter to 1 inch gap between rooms as recommended by the manufacturer for their transition. This product was able to spend that gap, and even though it is firmly adhered to both sides, it doesn’t stick fully to the concrete below due to the flooring thickness. I feel that will still give a little room for motion in the flooring, even though the manufacturers written installation instructions did not say that a transition is required. These are as low as you can get from a height and the wheelchair and walker patients don’t seem to get his nervous around them and no one has been able to knock went out of place yet however, even if they do, the product is inexpensive, and very easy to work with and I would be able to replace them without much trouble they are much cheaper than the manufacturers recommended hard transition piece. They also look better than metal transition strips which require screws into the concrete beneath them. I wish they had some different colors because it is very noticeable when you see the flooring in the transition if you pay attention to that. I will try to post some photos with this product and with the regular transition which I still used in non-patient areas

Kind of ugly to look at but does what it’s supposed to. It was the only color we could find that worked with our two flooring types for now. It gets marked up easily which you have to clean with rubbing alcohol. Been down for a few months without peeling up, but we purposely do not mop over it or get it wet.

Strong adhesive backing. It’s pretty flexible and didn’t have any issues with getting it relatively flat. I did let it rest for a day on a flat surface prior to install. Used as a transition strip between vinyl fake tile and real tile.

It does what it says it will - sticks to the floor. Easy to cut to size. Recommend.

It's looking good. It goes on easily and it looks good. My 97 year father is coming to stay with me for 2 wks. I want a very visible white strip so he doesn't fall by the steps on both sides of our sunken Livingroom. It's a smooth strip so my dad won't trip over it. It wipes clean nicely as well. It seems to be perfect.

I had a kitchen tile floor and needed a transition strip between that and the stairs going down to the basement. This worked, but it's very thin. I used two rows of this and it is still a bit shallow,. If you are applying this to wood, and especially other plastic surfaces, it will really stick, very hard to remove. NIce rich brown colour - no complaints - just wish it was a bit thicker.

I've used this brand a couple times. This particular brand is very good for staying down and it lays flat. No massive hump in the middle of your doorway. I do recommend this one.

Love this product so much. Measure, cut with scissors and stick. Easy. No nails or holes anywhere.
