Is there a video for how to put this on?

No video, pretty straight forward. Just raps around the knee and the Velcro straps will hold it. If you're using it for knee surgery buy 2. One will always be frozen

can you use it right out of the freezer?

Yes you can, it has a soft lining instead of the usual hard plastic type. Some might find it a little cold the first few min, l didn’t, it lasts a long time and the straps allow it to be wrapped tight enough that you can even get up and move if needed.

Can you walk around while the product is on?

We have 2 different brands of these ice packs. Both tend to slip down when standing. They work best when in a reclined position. We use it during elevation of knee after total knee arthroplasty. It has been very effective. My husband liked it better than the expensive circulating ice machine because it has no tubing and is less restrictive.
