I love the flavor of all the Pro-Play products, esp the blue flavor. Great to keep electrolytes in check while dieting and working out.

there are days i feel tired, and don't' understand why. something told me to try one of these and afterwards i felt amazingly better! it's really dry here, so getting dehydrated is really easy to do and you won't notice it until you're beyond thirsty. but even quenching thirst isn't the full picture. electrolytes leave the body and don't return unless you add it in with your diet. these helped a lot in balancing out what i was missing. it fixed the dehydration headache and gave me some energy back. easy to mix and has a good, refreshing flavor to it.

With summer upon us in the Northern Hemisphere, I decided to give these Hydration drinks a shot. Each pouch mixes with 16 oz of water, so your basic disposable water bottle. Mixing the powder into the bottle requires a bit of shaking, but once mixed, it's just looks like cold water, no dyes from what i can tell.I picked up both the Blue Raspberry and Orange flavors, and the Blue Raspberry is outstanding, easily the better tasting of the two. After drinking, i had no thirst for a good while. Unfortunately, something with my stomach makes the blue raspberry flavored one absolutely fly through me, kind of doing the opposite of hydrating me. Tried it out multiple times, and each time i was cleared out like i was getting ready for a colonoscopy.There's a good chance it's just a quirk of my stomach, but it may prove to be a good idea to test out how they react with your stomach before using these where you don't have access to a bathroom.

I ordered these in both citrus and blue raspberry flavors. Similar reviews for each follow:These are nice little packets, easy to carry and open. The crystals dissolve easily enough in 16oz of water or more, but do a better job with a closed container that you can shake versus an open cup.The raspberry flavor is very good, no "saltier" than the big G brand. Sweetness is just right and with no sugar to boot. My preference is the raspberry over the citrus, but it's really a matter of personal taste.As for the electrolytes, it's what plants crave (or so I've heard). No idea if more is better, but this has more. I can say that I feel great when I drink it in hot, sweaty conditions. Price seems reasonable too.

I've tried many hydration products over the years, at 3x electrolytes I was going to wonder about the taste and was surprised at how refreshing this flavor is. At 8 sticks of mix this is very reasonable for $9.98. This mixed extremely well without clumping in a bottle so a few shakes it'll be mixed and you're able to still have a good flavor at 20oz of water which is a plus. Taste wise it has the popular blue raspberry flavor you'd expect, it reminds me of a certain slush drink, doesn't have much of a electrolyte taste that others typically have and zero after taste.Overall I'd recommend this flavor as it provides a great taste that doesn't remind you of the usual flavors from other mainstream electrolyte drinks.

Sweetened with eSwevia, which is - you guessed it - a trademarked name for stevia!Stevie! Just pour the packet into a 16.9 oz water bottle and shake!The drink has a good taste and actually has a lot more vitamins/minerals/supplements than powdered drink straws I've tried (see photo for ingredients) Obviously better for hydration and more enjoyable to drink than plain water. The packets are small and secure - won't tear open in your pocket. Put 2 or 3 packets in your shirt pocket and you're all set. The flavor is strong enough that using a 20 ounce of bottled water would taste fine too...and it mixes clear! No dyes or colors you don't need.I think it's awesome - a great preparation/recovery beverage for working in the heat!

I just don't want to have to think about prepping electrolytes anymore, I'd rather put that energy towards prepping nutritionally-sound meals. I can actually drink my daily amounts of water without pressure or stress of forcing myself, just to get it down before the days over. These little amounts are almost tripled, added electrolytes is beyond helpful to people suffering from dehydration, such as myself. I cannot begin to express the amount of happiness and stress relief I’ve experienced since finding this product. It changed my life, sounds silly and cliche but my body desperately needed hydration on a daily basis, my skin, my health, energy was all showing signs of dehydration not to mention daily headaches.

These are great. We are regular purchasers of Electrolytes as it helps with energy and overall feeling of well being. These are fantastic. Not only are they portable so they can be carried to work or out and about, but they taste great and have zero sugar. Both very important to drink consumption in our household. I feel energized and awake without the buzz of caffeine and they are quite refreshing. 100% recommend
