I like the color. Different colors make it easier to figure out what you are taking. I have had herbs that make me sick. It makes it easier to figure out what pill is making me nauseous. The color represent different qualities. For example green represents calm or nature. For herbs that help you be calm one side of the pill should be green. If side effects makes you nauseous, use green and yellow for each side. Because green and yellow is associated with nausea. However if The herb is calming and helps your brain. I use green and purple. Purple represents the brain. Lots of combinations for different colors. Blue and white is electrolytes. Blue is for vitamin b and calming. Any way I think it's a good idea.

Capsules are more brittle than the Capsuline capsules I have used in the past. Each batch of 100 has resulted in 1 or 2 broken capsules. I do like having the variety of colors to better identify the contents though.

I typed in the search line: capsules for oils and these show up first. I buy them and use them for oils and they leaked. I got these in last week and have already put half of them into use with magnesium, turmeric and kratom. I package them with a 100-capsule filling machine.PROS- Zero rejects so far- Fits perfectly into the size zero capsule machine- SO easy to work with, especially compared to clear capsules.- Pulling apart, there's no confusion over the small half vs the big half, and they are easy to spot if you've dropped it onto the wrong side- If you drop one or a half one on the floor, they are easy to find. I got tired of vacuuming up the ones I couldn't find with the clear ones- They go together smoothly but securely.- No more taste than any other capsule including ones with prescription meds- Comes in a bag that is reusable and easy to close, even though it's fairly generic. Previous capsules with other brands had to be repackaged in a ziplock bag and that sometimes created a static charge that made them harder to work with.CONS - Haven't run into any so farTIPS:- Make sure that all surfaces including your hands are perfectly dry. Gelatin capsules become sticky, even with perspiration- As with all homemade capsule filling, you will get a little of the supplement [especially powders] on the exterior of the capsule. It is unavoidable. That will impart the flavor of whatever you are putting inside, which can be kind of nasty. While there is no perfect way to remedy this, I handle it by spreading the filled capsules out onto a terrycloth towel and rubbing them around for a half-minute. That does an amazing job with cleaning them up. Then just package them up and wash the towel.

I have to take a lot of supplements and some of them are in the best forms of a powder. I take a potassium chloride, that tastes disssgusting but it's affordable so I knew this would be better for me + the capsules I get have beef in them which is good for me being anemic often.This does a great job sealing the capsule - when pushed down all the way - and it keeps me from tasting the powder. It's very slick on the outside so none of the powder sticks on it. I do it all by hand and haven't run into any capsules that don't fit. I highly recommend these 💊
