Cheap locks that can be abandoned with no great loss
I'm an electrician, I do emergency services for insurance companies on for and flood scenes. I can use these for Lock-Out/Tag-Out on damaged circuits and/or feeders for restoring power temporarily. If I don't return for the permanent repair, then losing these locks is no great loss.
