After reports that taking vitamin D and boosting your immune function can help protect against severe effects of covid and from someone who is always getting coughs and colds I can say that I am really pleased with these tablets and so far so good I have not succumbed to anything since taking these tablets. They aren't the smallest of tablets but I find they are easy to swallow with a glass of water and I am going to continue to take them for the foreseeable. And I can say for sure (apart from covid which was mild symptoms) I haven’t had any of my previous ailments. The only thing I can complain about is the size, which they can be broken in half.
