I am extremely disappointed with this stethoscope. Not only does it hurt to wear, but I can barely hear my own heart with it. The sound clarity is abysmal, and the ear tips are of very poor quality.When I tried to return the item, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping. Despite this, I went ahead with the return process. To make matters worse, when my replacement was approved, I only received a 50% refund. The reason given was that I had opened and used the item. How else am I supposed to check the product without using it at least once?I feel like I have been robbed. Do not waste your money like I did. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better quality product with a fair return policy.

So far so good. It's light weight, looks classy, cheaper than a littmann and is as good as it if not better.
