Sucks I can't return Product
Item just didn't work for my situation, wanted to return but missed the time frame by 4 days. Terms of return should have been in big bold letters. I won't be buying these type of items again online.

You must tell them that you have purchased your own cable modem and would like to provision it for use on your account
People, most consumers probably don't know this information. When you purchase a cable modem, it's not just plug and play. You must call your isp/cable provider before you attempt to plug anything in. You must tell them that you have purchased your own cable modem and would like to provision it for use on your account. They will walk you through the process.
