Are these knock offs or the real wago's ?

They are real Wagos. Someone is clearly buying them in bulk, repackaging for user-friendly amounts, and making a profit. The price I paid was about the same as 1 package of all the same size at one of the big box DIY/professional stores, so I felt whatever profit the seller was making was fair. And it's much more convenient this way than two or three boxes of too many of each different size, and if I recall the store didn't have the three gang, just the 2 and 5 gang models.

If you are referring to 10 AWG wires, the 221-4xx will not hold 10AWG wire . The 221-4xx is rated 20 amps and is used with 12-24 AWG wire. However there is a different 221 Wago series. It is the 221-6xx which can hold up to 10 AWG and is rated 30 amp. Check Amazon or other vendors for 221-612 for 2 wire connectors, 221-613 for 3 wire connectors and the 221-615 for 5 wires.
