Why is every single review listed below from someone who "received the pillow at a discounted price for their honest opinion?" Seems suspicious.

Your observation is spot-on, Aaron.  I will not purchase any item from Amazon that is front-loaded with "I received this item at a discount for...."  I'm sick to death of it, frankly.  And with regard to Mr. Lewis' comment that "most people do not leave reviews unless they had a bad experience," that may be true, but I'm more inclined to write a review if I have an especially good experience with an item for 2 reasons: (1) I want others to know if a product was great, and that they will likely be pleased with their purchase, and (2) I don't buy that many 1-, 2-, or 3-star items from Amazon because I research the item carefully before purchase.  So if my "review history" seem skewed to the positive end, its because I'm a prudent buyer and absolutely will NOT settle for junk.  Back to your original concern, I believe you're wise to view items with a lot of "bought-and-paid-for" reviews skeptically; I now (since about 6 months ago) give them all a "not helpful" mark, because they're truly NOT helpful -- I can't believe in them, and wish Amazon and sellers would quit the practice.

How thick (high) is this pillow?Doesn't say in description. Is it good for stomach and side sleeper? Thanks

It's about 6 inches high. But is very soft and slowly conforms to your head as you sink in. It's great for side sleepers. Probably not the best for stomach sleepers if you like a flat pillow.
