Unfortunately, these scissors pulled my son's hair with every cut. Had stop using only a minute into the session.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and offered a replacement scissor. It cut slightly better, but still pulled some hair out. My son's hair is extra fine and thin. It might work just fine on normal hair. I am very very pleased with the customer service from this company.

I bought this Scissors Set a couple years ago for a friend who wanted to trim near near her Yorkie's eyes without the worry of cutting his eye - they worked great - she has raved about how useful they are. I was visiting and needed to trim my father's hair, I've been cutting my husband's hair since the pandemic. I was impressed with how well they worked. When I use my fingers to hold a strand for cutting, I cut towards the web of my palm - I'd been nipping that juncture with my sewing scissors. Also this set has thick, stable blades that cut hair very well. I ended up ordering a 2nd set for myself. Just cut my husband's hair with them and he's happy. These are a good value - I recommend them.

I use this for my dogs long hair. He’s a fidgety guy so I’m constantly worried about poking him with the hair scissors. Not anymore! Great product!

I have beautiful thick hair. I wanted to thin out some areas at the crown so I could have more volume. I saw quite a few tutorials and ordered these. OMG- each cut with the ones that have teeth took out so much hair! OMG OMG OMG. Maybe there is one that has the space between the teeth bigger or how do you not get so much hair cut off even from a small section. Some tutorials showed using this type and not so much hair came out. OMG...Help me!

I get a very simple haircut. These a decent. I don't think a professional stylist or someone who wantsamazing scissors for any reason would want these. For me, I have been having my haircut at home, and theyhave been decent. The set is fairly inexpensive so I wasn't expecting premium cutters, but if you are home cuttingthey will do.

I would normally give these 5 stars - one problem - the finger/thumb holes are toooo small. They'd be fine if your kid is cutting his/her own hair (and what kid hasn't done that ;-) ) but if you're an adult you'll probably find these a little tight. Think that would be the only improvement they need. Otherwise these are nice, sharp and worth the money

These shears are amazing!!!!! This is a perfect shear for anyone. I am really impressed with the quality and style of these. They are light weight, comfortable to use and very sharp. The thinning shears are perfect for thinning the hair. it makes a nice even cut. They came with a nice carrying case. I'm really happy with them. I feel like the price was really fair and they came rite on time.

Used these for the last groom on my poodle. They are great scissors!! Sharp, curved. Shorter than I had expected but that does not change a thing. They were worth the purchase!

I wish they also had smaller ones to clip around the dogs eyes and nose

The shear scissors got dull very fast. Also I have large hands and they are a bit difficult to handle
