Neato Robotics Neato Botvac D Series Spiral Blade Brush, White

This brush fit great on my Neato D3 Connected robot vacuum. It appears to be genuine, though there is no paperwork (other than the one small printed Neato logo on the box). What I didn't expect is the major amount of noise increase by using this brush instead of the combo brush which had originally came with the vacuum. We generally run the vacuum overnight, but may have to switch to mid day due to how much louder it is now. There is an obvious "slapping" sound with the blades as they hit the carpet. It does work good and picks up everything as best I can tell. Our apartment has that "flat hard carpet" that looks like a very tightly knitted pattern and we can see the vacuum lines in the carpet, where we didn't see them with the combo brush.

With 2 dogs and 3 cats in the house plus three women with long hair we have tumbleweeds rolling through daily. Our Neato D3 has been doing a great job but I was constantly having to untangle the hair from the brush.I switched to this one and it cleans a lot better but it also is much louder on hard surfaces, which is the bulk of my flooring. The sound level is the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

I have four animals and wood floors. You can imagine the amount of hair that collects next to a baseboard in only 24 hours. The standard Neato brush had bristles that I was CONSTANTLY picking hair off of. Think of your annoying sister's hair brush sitting on the counter that she never cleaned. Yes, that gross. I saw this little fella and thought I would give it a shot. 12/10 recommend. One of the top 5 best choices I've ever made. My cats used to love watching me try to unravel their hair from the brush and now they have some free time on their paws that they don't know what to do with.

Just a warning - while this works well, it creates a 'hum' or droning noise on hard surfaces that is *far* louder than the combo brush. Think 'helicopter hovering outside' kind of noise.

Heavily recommend this brush for anyone experiencing headaches caused by untangling the standard brush. You will still get the occasional tangle at the ends of the brush, but this is nothing compared to the tangles I would get in the middle of the brush. I use this brush on 90% hard floors, 10% rug and have seen no drop in cleaning quality to the hard floor, noticeable improvement on dog fur pickup on the rug.

This roller brush is doing a fantastic job. It is cleaning up my pets hair daily. I run my big dyson twice a week and this brush on my neato d7 keeps the pet hair at bay for several weeks.

I couldn’t live a day without Pearl (Neato D7) 3 kids, 3 dogs and a husband Pearl is a necessity in this house. I changed out my combo brush roller to the silicone one and haven’t been disappointed! Works great on carpet and hardwood! I find myself not having to clean the roller as much as I had to with the combo brush. Highly recommend for households with pets!

This brush makes my neato sound like a lawn mower. It is really good at picking up hair and I noticed that it doesn't have issues with hair getting tangled in the brush compared to the stock brush.

Ich finde diese Bürste ziemlich teuer, wobei man natürlich beachten muss, dass es sich um ein original Ersatzteil handelt. Bei der normalen Kombibürste haben sich immer unsere langen Haare um die Bürste gewickelt und mussten nach jedem Sauegn entfernt werden. Bei dieser Bürste ist das nicht nötig, kein Aufwickeln mehr! Von daher erfüllt die Bürste ihren Zweck. Auf Teppichen erscheint mir die Reinigungsleistung mit dieser Bürste etwas schwächer und auf hartem Boden ist sie lauter. Aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf, um nicht ständig an Robbie herumprökeln zu müssen.

My Neato works better with this brush than with the bristle brush that comes with it. I used to have regular problems with it and spent too much time dealing with tech support. It was always an issue with hair, or something else, caught in the bristle brush. I changed to this brush because I thought it would be easier on my hardwood floors. But it also help the whole machine run better and it no longer stalls because of something caught in the brush. Neato accessories seems a little over-priced but this one is worth the change is your unit only came with a bristle brush.

Esta aspiradora es una maravilla. NO es un gasto es una inversión ya que como tengo un perro que tira pelo y un hijo asmático pues hay que tener la casa libre de polvo. Bueno esta aspiradora la programo para que empiece a limpiar a las 5 am así que cuando nos despertamos ya esta limpio el departamento. Es maravillosa pero respecto al este cepillo lo compré de repuesto para tener guardado uno por si el que tiene la aspiradora le pasa algo. Es original así que funciona bien para la BotVac D.

J'ai commandé cette brosse pour remplacer l'ancienne brosse lamelles de mon Botvac 85 par celle ci qui est habituellement livrée avec le Botvac 75D dont le roulement se bloquait avec les cheveux après chaque cycle.La forme hélicoïdale fait que j'ai réduit considérablement le bruit, c'est à dire que cette brosse à lamelles fait aussi peu de bruit que la brosse poils/lamelles.Il suffit de donner un petit coup de cutter sur le robot et sur le cache brosse pour pouvoir adapter cette brosse.Cherchez dans le forum Kelrobot, tout est expliqué pour faire cette manip simple.Après la modif faite, on peut tout de même remettre les anciennes brosses.Depuis que j'ai cette nouvelle brosse, je n'ai plus de problèmes avec les cheveux et donc l'entretien du robot est considérablement réduit, je n'ai plus besoin de démonter à chaque fois le roulement puisqu'il n'y en a plus !!

The blade brush has a few advantages over the combo brush as far as I can tell. It's better at cleaning hard floors, and at least equally good on my low pile carpets. Also hair and other debris doesn't get tangled in the brush.It is a bit noisy from the blades "slapping" the floor, which doesn't bother me, and makes it seem likes its really getting the floors clean.
