Yes. I am very pleased with them, bought several more.

Q: Are these true size? Find some golf wear large fitting. I wear w34 in jeans but some golf trousers 32 can fit

I can only answer for myself but I found them to be a true fit, nice and comfy

Q: Is the material of these a cotton like material or is it the silky nylon type texture that drys really quickly?

I don't know at hand but I believe it to be a mixed of both. They feel nylon and they stretch but they don't look plastic like nylon. To be honest they are overall great. I even wear them casually not just for golf. I'll possibly buy more soon.
