I recently ordered a personalized gift from Zoci Voci for my boss, and the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly receptive to my feedback on the initial design; they even shared a revised creative at no additional cost to ensure it was perfect. The build quality is top-notch, and my boss absolutely loved it! It’s easily one of the most memorable gifts you can give to family, friends, or colleagues. One minor suggestion for the team: It would be great to have an option to upload multiple photos (left/right profiles). Currently, flipping a single image to fit the design can make the face look a bit unrelatable. Having profile-specific uploads would make the likeness perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories!

Make sure you give out the name properly
It was beautiful and worth the money .. There had to be some correction in arranging the name on nameboard.. except that.. It was exceptional! 👏

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I gave them a photo to use to customize my gift. I didn't even get a preview of how it would look - a basic expected feature. It was my brother playing a trumpet. The product delivered had some random person with a French beard sitting in a suit with his travel bags. Essentially, they just customized the face.. Supposedly. What a disappointment. And it was supposed to be a happy occasion for my brother's 50th birthday.

Its good But one suggestion i want to give that the the structure of the carry catcher should be as per the person photo send to you. To whom I have gifted this is little bulky but the carry catcher is slim. Only this should also be taken care

Our product didn’t match with the actual picture and there is no return option available. If there is no return the product image should be sent to the user before printing and shipping, that would be helpful. However, team helped later.
