It is a stuffed doll mascot of the Naruto "Budgerigar Blue". I use a soft cloth featuring soft texture. Because it is with a ball chain it is hanging on a bag etc.

Disapointing
Very disappointed. The dimensions listed are roughly 7x5x3. The 7" must be with the key chain extended. The bird itself is not much larger than my fist.
