Q: How long does one have before these need to be planted? Our heat index is so ridiculous I can only manage about 6/day.

They come in a bit yellow from shipping. Don’t worry they will root quickly. I planted 160 plugs in the spring. Water daily by hand for the first few weeks and all I can say is wow! I bought the plug tool and I could do one per minute. Made it very easy. I could use the tool to make more plugs as the grass grew. I am in N Texas and yes it’s hot. I wouldn’t wait too long before planting. Get them in the ground to get established before cold weather comes. Hope this helps.
