I've had these dice for around two years now. Overall, I'm very happy with how they've performed over the years. They have a great weight to them, they're easy to read and they really make an impression when people first see them. I don't necessarily have a complaint, but rather a piece of advice for anyone looking to buy these who wants to make sure that they last a long time; be careful where you roll them.Over the years, the paint on these dice have been noticeably scraped and damaged because I've rolled them in wooden dice towers and dice trays. With other dice, that have raised ridges or metal trim around the outside to protect the faces of the die, this isn’t a problem. However, these dice have a flat face. That means that when you roll them, there's nothing to protect the face of the dice from whatever surface you're rolling them on. Therefore, if you roll them on a hard surface, the paint is vulnerable to being scraped away. I have a picture of my gold and white dice, and my gold and black dice, next to my golden ones, and you can see how the raised ridges on the ones with gold trim help protect the faces from damage. You can really see the extent of the damage on the d6, since I’ve used that one more often than the others in this set. There’s significant discoloration. That's not to say that these aren't good dice. They have a good weight to them and are absolutely stunning when you first get them. But if you do plan to buy, make sure that you also have a dice tray to roll them in to avoid damaging the paint. If you don’t have a leather dice tray, or at minimum a padded surface to roll these on, it might be worth looking into metal dice with raised ridges instead. Overall, 4/5 stars due to the lower durability when compared to other dice sets I've owned in the past.A.H

So, the description says Ancient Brass Solid Metal, Old Finish Bronze Metal... If you were to assume the old bronze finish was on Ancient Brass Solid Metal, that would be incorrect. I decided that I would like the brass dice better without the ancient brass finish on them, so I used a very gentle metal polish and a paper towel to try to remove the finish. It worked and the dice are much shinier and brighter, but the surface of the metal has slightly bubbled up on a couple of the dice, leading me to believe that the dice are not actually made of Brass, rather another type of metal, as the color of the dice is now more a rose color instead of the brass color (maybe a thin plating? I'm not sure)... Still a good value for the money, and they looked good with the "ancient bronze" finish.

I bought these hoping they were coated steel or some type of silver metal underneath and they are. They are not solid brass. My plan is to grind and polish the flats on these dice leaving the rounded edges brass. Might paint the numbers something so they don't get lost in the polish. Dropped one onto concrete from about chest high and it only left a little tiny corner ding. I can't actually remember which die I dropped nor am I willing to search 50+ corners for a scratch so no picture. Solid dice. Don't use often on a nice wooden table. Metal is harder than clear coat. If you are looking for solid brass dice these aren't it. But I wasn't so I'm happy.

I LOVE my new dice. These dice are hot pink and gold. Same size to my acrylic dice. The roll very nicely and seem to be fair. The glow in the dark is VERY bright, just like in the stock photo. The pink enamel is smooth, and doesn't have chips or rough spots. The numbers are extremely easy to read at a distance (and if you find yourself needing to role dice in the dark, you can read the numbers easily in the dark too).

These dice are amazing. They feature sharply cut sides to ensure an even, fair roll, and the metal they're on looks absolutely magnificent! The numbers are a little bright, in my opinion, but my group absolutely adores them. And when you roll a 20 the whole gotdang table knows there's trouble-a-coming.I was super worried that they wouldn't meet my high expectations, but they did, and they did so beautifully. The heft feels so good in your hands, and when they roll they roll decisively. I cobbled together a rolling box with a flexible silicon/cardboard bottom to protect them, but they look like they could survive straight woods easy.Honestly, I love them, so much so that I got another set that I'll be pasting this review to (because I'm lazy and the exact same problems apply, not because I'm a robot or a shill).And the seller was super, super courteous wheni contacted them and asked about combined shipping (they do do it by the way, and it allows you to get 2 dice sets for about 15 each, I recommend it), and about the dice properties (my questions are probably still on the red or green ones). Seriously, they astounded me with their politeness. Then again, I'm an American (specifically a Los Angelino from California, home of the snootiest people on Earth) so that's probably not that hard. But seriously, the seller was amazing, and I would love to do business with them again. I cannot recommend the seller enough.That said, there are a lot of dice deals out there, these don't come with a bag or case, and they only had 2 colors last I checked, so they may not be for everybody, but if you are looking for good quality metal dice for relatively cheap, this is a good place to be.And, again, the seller is so nice.

I have been having trouble with 9th level ice dragons in one of my gold mines. I needed some good dice to fight the dragons. I spoke with Alice from Bescon she suggested these were good dice for mine fighters. She was right. I rolled a natural 20 right off & killwd those dragons. Very satisfied 10/10 would reccomend

Good small, metal dice set, but the metal finish is much duller than the seemingly glossy finish in the pictures, showing no signs of polish at all and even a few scratches. Still a good set of dice, but the photos are somewhat misleading.

My BF has just started playing D&D so I bought the silver set as a present, however, they were so lovely, I bought myself the copper set. He says that his set are so nice, he doesn’t even want to roll them. They came packaged individually, and within a protective bag, so arrived in beautiful condition. The only possible thing to bear in mind is that these are proper solid metal, so there will be no playing on the sly. You will hear these beauties rolling. :)

An amazing set of dice which my daughter can use for her D&D games. She was delighted, and had the entire group of players assembled at table going Oooo and Aaaaa at how beautiful and heavy the dice are.

Cute but not as solid as I hoped it would be. Also very small compared to how it looks in the picture. You can also only just for one small set of dice in. I advise measuring to make sure.

Really good quality dice. I bought these as a present for my girlfriend, and she loves them. Really nice weight, normal dice size (often metal dice can be a bit smaller) and a joy to roll.
