Personalmente no me encantaron las funciones de expresso y filtrado. La primera porque el conteo empieza hasta que cae el primer tramo líquido de café en la taza y preferiría que fuera desde que echo a andar la máquina. El segundo porque no puedo levantar el v60 de la báscula porque se detiene el conteo y eso me impide ciertos movimientos para acomodar la cama de café mientras se filtra. Sin embargo, ambas cuestiones se pueden superar usando la báscula en modo normal. En general tiene una súper precisión y funciona súper bien. Sí la recomiendo.

Es de reaccion retardada al picar los botones y parece que no funcionan bien pero es que tarda en accionar al tarear.

I held back on making that purchase for a while going to a bunch of other cheaper scale, geared more towards pour over techniques. Not as sensitive, and quite clumsy to put under the espresso head.I am jsut in love with the timemore. Its compact, but the numbers are large and clear. showing the digits on the incline means I dont have to look down hard when I pull my shot. The espresso means, I just have to graze one of the button to turn it on, and it knows when I put a cup and when I pull a shot, automatically timing and weighing, then getting ready for the next shot. It also turns off autoamtically after a while (not such an obvious feature I found out). And a great battery, havent had to charge it since I received it. I have never tried the Acaia, but I cant see any other features it would have that would beat out the TIMEMORE. For espresso, its freaking perfect

I wanted to love it. I really did and tried. Going with a Timemore Nano was the perfect strategy to avoid spending some serious dollars on a 3X more expensive scale and it seemed like the perfect plan until it wasn’t.I loved the look, the size and it fit perfectly on my espresso machine tray. I didn’t like the instructions which were not very clear, the non intuitive work to get into different modes as I switched between manual (for weighting ) and espresso mode (for pulling a shot). The angle display was bright and easy to read + had the look of an expensive kit. I liked that despite the compact size I was able to weigh the portafilter.Sorry to say that it was an absolute nightmare to handle this scale and transition from weighting the dose to moving to the espresso machine as the buttons are way too sensitive and tend to fire up modes as you handle the scale. I had a couple of shots in espresso mode where the scale stopped weighting mid shot, which was extremely annoying. I also didn’t like that I could not start the timer at pre-infusion and at the end of the day the additional features were not sufficient to make this an everyday staple.Ironically the Timemore Nano fell victim to a scale of similar size at 1/4 of the price that while it may not be as fast has been easy to adjust the routine of my prep and I can handle it without it going bonkers on me.In terms of accuracy it was not any different than other scales that I had on hand.

I was enjoying this alternative to some more pricier timer scales, although the buttons can be a bit annoying to use. Unfortunately it died in about 8 months, it no longer seems to weigh accurately. You have to press down a lot for it to even register. I tried looking into seeing if there was any information on calibrating it but couldn't find anything.
