I honestly just got this because it sounded fun and honestly did not think that it would do much of anything but boy was I wrong. Definitely took a few trial and error to get going but once I was able to find a rhythm it was a workout. Had me huffing and puffing like I was running. I just started using the hoop so no changes yet but I’m excited to see if I will loose some inches or not.

Absolutely love this product! I'm a 73 year old, 5' tall woman who has tried the other weighted type hula hoop. It was so large that once I got it going it was hard to keep from falling around my calves after a few minutes. With this hoop you can size it to fit your waist so all the effort is concentrated on the even rhythm required to keep the weighted ball going around. I look forward to my 30 minute daily workout. It is not only good exercise but is fun and works off stress. Highly recommend!!!

I was skeptical about this item. Not just the item but what it was claiming to do. I love it. It’s fun and takes no thought to do it. I just get my headphones and my playlist, close my eyes and zone out. Watch out though. It does sit at child and dog head level
