I do the more old school workout… I’ve been working out for 20+ years and use the same standard dumbbells and weights that I did in my 20s. I like to increase my weight by 1 pound from time to time as the lifting gets easier. I’ve been looking for something like this for probably the last 10 years and never saw anything online.
