Memories of school
It was lovely to read the history of how St Paul’s started. Lovely to read over the years how traditions didn’t change:Kneeling on the floor to make sure our skirts were not to shortStaying behind in assembly if someone thought we were too silly on buses (nothing compared to behaviour today on buses by school children)How the nuns change their names to their confirmation names! (I didn’t realise that)

Fantastic!!!!
An informative and entertaining book for anyone who has ever attended the school, taught or worked there. The book, written by the very talented Jean Simpson, successfully reflects the true community spirit that exists at the school. When mine arrived I read to cover to cover. It is full of photographs and certainly brought back many memories of my time as a pupil there.A beautiful commemorative keepsake to celebrate the Centenary in 2008.Marie Woods
