A singing bowl creates sound through vibration when struck or rubbed with a mallet, producing calming tones used for meditation and sound healing. I'm a beginner—can I still use a singing bowl easily? Absolutely. Our set includes a balanced bowl, mallet, and cushion. It's easy to learn—simply strike or slowly rub the rim to produce sound. Is the singing bowl suitable for meditation or healing? Yes, it helps enhance focus, balance energy, and relax the mind. Widely used for meditation, chakra healing, and space cleansing. Is this singing bowl handmade? What materials is it made of? Yes, it's handmade in Nepal. The bowl is crafted from high-quality brass, and the mallet features a walnut wood handle. Do all singing bowls have the same tone or frequency? No, each bowl’s size and thickness create different tones. Small bowls are higher-pitched; larger ones are deeper and more grounding. Is the singing bowl a good gift idea? Definitely. It comes in a gift box and is ideal for yoga lovers, meditators, or anyone seeking calm and mindfulness in daily life. Are there any precautions when using a singing bowl? Place it on a soft cushion, avoid forceful strikes, and use in a quiet space for the best sound and therapeutic effect. How should I clean and store my singing bowl? Gently wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid water or harsh cleaners. Store in a dry place, preferably in the included box or fabric pouch. Will the bowl lose its tone or go out of tune over time? No, if used and stored properly. Each bowl is tuned before shipping. Regular gentle use helps maintain its resonance. I watched a YouTube video on how to play them, and within 5 minutes, got them both working. My video shows both bowls being played. The larger one has the nicest tone. The smaller one can play louder, but is a little trickier than the larger one to balance on your hand. For the price, I’m really pleased. Great tools to help me in my meditation practice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely little bowls *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 January 2024* I had to get over the fact that my non spiritual husband mastered the singing 🎶 of the bowls immediately, (took me a good few frustrated tries after 😂) Safe to say the whole family enjoyed them, the larger is much harder to make sing but we will get there I'm sure, I like the bigger ones sound better. Nice little set to get started with tibetian singing bowls, I would recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly Great Singing Bowls *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 November 2024* I am new to singing bowls, so I didn’t want to spend too much. There are two bowls, bigger one is about 600hz and smaller one is about 700hz. They both produce beautiful sounds. It is a bit more tricky to get the small one sing. ## Frequently Bought Together - OZCHIN Tibetan Singing Bowls 2-Pack Set 100% Hand-hammered in Nepal with Silk Cushion and Mallet Meditation Yoga Chakra Christmas Xmas Gifts for Women Men - Singing Bowls: A Practical Handbook of Instruction and Use - Dharma Mart - Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals Bell (Small) Om Mani Padme Hum/Gift --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/446352907-tibetan-singing-bowls-2-pack-set-100-hand-hammered-in](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/446352907-tibetan-singing-bowls-2-pack-set-100-hand-hammered-in) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
