all of fans worked with no issues all came and nice clean order seem to be new only complaint is that they were a little less powerful then I was expecting but overall can't complain

These are used, probabaly pulled from old servers and resold
They work fine for what I need, but they are clearly used, with dust and dirt on the underside of the fan blades of each one. Likely taken off of junk old servers. The 70000 hour life is a very false claim since they are used and noone knows how long they've already been in use. Shame on the seller for not disclosing this, but it seems all these avc fans sold on Amazon and eBay are like this, maybe that is why they cost so little in general. I've ordered from another seller and same thing just used fans pulled from old systems and resold without disclosure.
