Been taking them for years
Easy to swallow, small size and my D3 blood work numbers are always in the reference range so I know they work. Keep in mind vitamin D3 dose shouldn’t be too high or too low. Your doctor and lab work will find the right dose for you. My Dr told me that many people that are indoors a lot don’t get much sun and without supplements they are often deficient. My Dr said 2,000 mg dose is a common dose he prescribes to people. Ask your Dr about if you need the supplement and how much and when. I simply know they work for me. Before I took this supplement I was deficient. Good supplement.

Sundown is getting harder to find with new brands hitting the market. Despite being a capsule it does not taste oily, does not smell or leave a smell on your breath. It is easy to swallow. So I can get my husband to actually take it. - Mrs. Ed R

It is exactly as described and good quality
It's exactly as described and as my Dr asked me to take. It's a soft gel that's easy to swallow. I price shipped and this seemed to be the best bargain out there. The only drawback is that they tend to stick to the inside of my pill box. I typically have to reach in and push them out. I've used other brands in the past and they all do the same.
