Gorgeous Dish
This casserole dish is gorgeous. I love that it has a lid. I do wish it were a little bigger .It's about a four serving dish , and I like to do larger portions for enchiladas and lasagna.

Great Casserole Dish
This is a great casserole dish. It is really pretty and seems like the quality is really great. The weight of it feels really good and the finish is really smooth which makes it easy to clean. I haven't had any trouble with it breaking. I do know you can't have sudden temperature changes with glass dishes though.

Idéale pour cuire viande et légumes autour qui ne désèchent pas grâce au couvercle.
Je fais des rôtis de veau, de bœuf ou de porc , j'ajoute des légumes à mi cuisson et je ferme le couvercle et ça cuit sans désécher...
