Of course I put myself on methylfolate 15mg (after slowly increasing the dosage until I reached 15mg daily). Also incorporated the B vitamins. Felt better, but not... 100%. I'm not sure how I came across TMG Betaine (not to be confused with betaine hydrochloride). Betaine HCL does not provide the methylation enhancement of TMG (source for that sentence is [...]. Anyway, I started noticing that I'm all of a sudden no longer as irritable, angry at the world, depressed about nothing and I thought to myself.. wow, what's changed??
