Product comes with zero instructions
Well packed and received as desired. The stupid thing is for an item which you pay nearly 3000Rs, comes with Zero instructions. How hard it is to print a single sheet of paper with required instructions for installation. Mainly how to loop and hang the ropes with rods. Have to wait and see if the rods holds up without rusting in the long run.

Shouting for help to make good a colossal loss
The product is defective. 👎👎👎 Defect came to light only after completion of installation. You say the product can not be replaced as it is out of stock. My problem is this: ‘The installer URBAN Company has installed the product and gone. Now, I don’t have the tools and abilities to uninstall and return the contraption to claim a refund. So, not only have I lost the money that I have paid for the product and the installation, but I am also stuck with something that doesn’t work. Oh, what a super waste. 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🫣🫣🫣🫣🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨 Please let me know how you are going to make-good my loss???? Need an immediate answer. Very, very disappointing and frustrating . 😥😓😥😓😥😓
