I like this vitamin in the liquid form as easily absorbed by the body. However, the taste was much better before. It's not a bad taste, but the liquid is a little darker and not as pleasant tasting as it used to be. Cost is a little expensive, so the value for you money is a little small, I wish it was a bit cheaper, but still comparable with pills, which I hate to take and are not as effective. After taking this, I get a good boost all day, have more energy to expend.

Update - Aug 22, 2021 After taking this supplement for a week I have better insight about the product and it's effectiveness. First of all….DO NOT judge this by the way it smells upon delivery!!! It smells like pure toxic-waste, until chilled. It is absolutely foul at first, but it won’t stay that way! They clearly warn you of that. I looked it up too, just to get a balanced idea of what’s true. This is completely normal apparently, and the smell absolutely DOES change after being chilled. I actually find it delicious now, it reminds me of a big helping of nutritional yeast flakes. And it feels that way in my body after taking it. I wish I hadn’t tried this now. Because when it’s gone, I am definitely going to miss it. The current price is close to $40, and I can’t afford that on a regular basis. I have a hard time getting and keeping various B-vitamins, due to a few health conditions, habits and general biology. I already have to take a very expensive supplement to help my body process B vitamins. I don’t know yet, if I am willing to tack this on too? If it was cheaper, it would be a solid YES! That said, I feel a pretty quick perk-up when I take this. I actually love the taste and look forward to it now. Must be kept in the fridge!! I haven’t been on it long enough to declare that it’s working the way they claim. But it does seem to be helping. I’ll probably end up getting more. I really do believe this a good product! If you can afford it, give it a shot. Just follow their advice on how to use it. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

The Aurora Nutrascience, Mega-Liposomal B-Complex + Vitamin C may be pricy, but it is a superior way to get highly bioavailable/absorbable versions of these beneficial vitamins. Said nutrients come in good doses and you can moderate how much you get by drinking more or less. C and B complex vitamins are water-soluble, so there is little worry about overdosing on them, not that it would be a concern here. Just pour about 15 ml into the included dosage cup and take on an empty stomach. The liquid is thick but is easy to get down as the fruity banana flavor is mild. I usually add a bit of water afterward to get all of the supplement and to rinse the yellow color off my teeth. Mega-Liposoma has a slightly bitter aftertaste. Manufactured in Canada ~ Kort
