Sorry I got the personalized note which is why the 2 star while I really want to support you guys but 0 for giving me a used product.. I received the white version ( I was hoping for a green or any other colour) but the bristles are yellow already and the pad below it also yellow and multiple marks on the exterior.

You must’ve seen the 5 stars and think that the product is good. I thought the same too.However do not be mislead by the reviews.The 5 star rating is probably by people who got carried away by the cute personal message that begs for 5 star rating and by people who have used the comb twice or thrice.I’ve been using it for a week now and here is an honest review-1) The comb is not sturdy enough to comb deep into the scalp. It is not meant for medium thickness also. Maybe people with very thin, light density hair find it useful.2) The push button for removing hair is filmsy not stable. You push it and you are always wondering if it might break.3) The bristles bend very easily even with the slightest pressure on the head. The bristles get stuck underneath the push button and there’s no way you can get them back into there .4) It’s a cheap copy of a good product that I used in Japan.I have nothing against the product or the seller but getting a comb for more than ₹250, I expected to get a better experience as per the features mentioned. I would have rather used the money to buy a better product. Despite buying thus comb, I’m still using the combs I was already have.
