I’m really happy with it! Used it for a 3-week trip. It was perfect for day trips: just the right size to store camera gear, beach apparel, a couple of sweaters, water (in the side pockets), plus 2 pockets with convenient zipper designs for small items. The material is easy to clean with just a damp cloth.

very practical and great design. very useful - used it all over Paris and Southern france. Great to carry camera gear as well as water bottles and i set of clothes.

Bought this for school/work/commuting. Needed a bag that was big and sturdy enough to carry either 10-20lbs books or gear. Fits an older model 13" Macbook Pro. The bag is casual but also "clean" enough to use for either school or work. The bag didn't look too big or bulky either, for reference I'm 5'2", athletic build and it fits well.Only have three things I wish could be changed:1. I wish it came with a chest strap. I fixed this by stealing a strap off another bag I don't currently use. Not a huge issue but it'd be a nice feature to include. It's less of a complaint and more of a comment.2. I wish the bag was more waterproofed. I bike a lot so I expect to get wet, as will my belongings. There's always ways to get around this and I know the canvas material is Jansport's signature material but sometimes it'd be nice to have some extra rain protection.3. My biggest issue with this bag is the internal divider in the main compartment. Whenever I open the bag, my fingers catch on the divider when I go to place my stuff inside and end up stashing stuff in the divided portion instead of the main area. I think part of the problem is that the divider is the same height as the front of the bag. Functionally, it'd be better if it was lower or higher to fix this issue. Personally, I don't need the divider so I'd do away with it all together.Overall, it's a versatile bag with pockets for everything. Zippers don't cause problems and the dual bottle pockets are great. I'm happy with it, I actually like the design even more than the Jansport Hatchet bag which I also have.

I got this product for my everyday use I am a commuter and visually impaired and it seemed that it would be a great option for carrying my daily supplies to and from work.I have used it now for about 10-11 months and about a month ago the zipper on the back side (laptop opening) broke. I don't have a laptop and I used this section only when carrying some important papers. The room inside this backpack has also been disappointing. It really limits what you can carry.I would not purchase this backpack again. I would expect better quality for the price and the brand.
