Comfortable sturdy chair made from heavy duty plastic . Quite heavy so will not blow over in the wind. Plastic has a textured look so is not smooth like pvc.Easy to assemble as only about 10 parts and comes with required tools , although using my own ring spanner and ratchet was better. First chair took about 30 minutes , then second one about 10 mins as you know what to do . The instructions clear enough but I would suggest you fit brace bar "H" after step 2 rather than at the end of step 4 as it's easier to line up straight . Also important NOT to tighten any of the bolts until the chair is fully assembled. Fitted cushions needed for a really comfy seat.

This was an absolute 'mare to put together and took me somewhere between 60 -90 minutes, which is ridiculous for one piece of furniture. My main problem was a mis-drilled hole on one of the arms that connects it to the leg, the hole was out by about 4 mill/ an eighth of an inch, so the connecting bolt would not go through. I tried forcing it at first without success so then decided to try enlarging the hole on the leg by drilling it out with a bigger drill bit but it's a very dense plastic so when the drill started to overheat I gave up. Luckily, the matching(?) hole on the arm is on a batten which is screwed onto the underneath of the arm so I thought it would be easy to loosen off a couple of screws so the batten could move a few mill. Unfortunately, all the screwheads are square, unlike any screwdriver bit or allen key I own so that was a non-starter. I ended up pushing a wood chisel in between the batten and the arm rest and forcing open a gap so that the drilled hole moved into alignment with the one on the leg. The whole thing took me about 30 minutes but after that the rest of the assembly was awkward but reasonably straightforward, however I couldn't help thinking that if you're asking £150 for a self assembly chair the least you can do is get the bl##dy drill holes right.Once assembled I have found it to be comfortable and sturdy with no problems coping with my (over) weight. I like the broad, flat, arms which are ideal for resting a book/Kindle/phone on and the cup/glass holder works well, being on the outside of the arm. It looks good and in terms of durability, unless the metal screws disintegrate, it strikes me as likely to outlive most things currently on the planet. However, it is heavy and very awkward to fold flat and so is likely to spend a lot of time outdoors

I first saw this style of chair in Canada, and fell in love with them. Decided I wanted some for my garden, but wasn't willing to pay the outrageous price for the original wooden version. Found these on Amazon, and so happy I did. Easy to put together (not sure why others seemed to have issues), they look great, plenty sturdy enough, and are very comfortable to sit on. I liked the chairs so much, I got 4 in the end.

Very pleased with these chairs, relatively easy to put together but be careful not to over tighten as they won’t fold as easily. Sat in them every day we have had them! Very stylish

My wife wanted a plastic Adirondack Chair, this one! (nuff said) I bought 2, nearly £300 (phew, better be good?).Well they arrived early, good, make a start, followed the diagram, very pretty, Step 1, ok, Step 2 ok( I thought), Step 3 is very confusing? (not fully understood step 2, as it was missing very important information?), It revolves around parts Ix2 (small parts), Gx1(a bar across the 2 back legs), Fx1 (the Back), now part I goes onto part F(but it does not indicate this on the diagram), and is very very important for folding and chair angles.I attached G to I (wrong) because could not make out how it is assembled, you will see on the pics that this is so?. The chair was awful, did not fold or look anything like good? I undid and did it up 2 or 3 times more in different ways, but no, it was not working? finally, printed out the ad pics on Amazon, which gave a decent idea how it should look?, rather than my imagination, because the Diagram was useless!too 4 hours to construct 1st chair, then about 90 mins(still got a few things wrong) for the 2nd chair.It is a solid chair, but it is very heavy! maybe too heavy for some, is it worth the money, NO, not at all,The plastic is looks fine, but I assembled about 75% of it at least? so, probably done a £100 worth of work, in my opinion? so the chair should be only around £50, certainly not £150.again, Is it a good chair, yes, maybe, Is it solid yes, and very very heavy, will it last? have no idea?Would I recommend it, depends, value? not at all, sturdiness, yes, probable, appearance, very nice does the job.I would say that I think taking the money for this is bad form and profiteering , so noughty Amazon, and who ever manufactured this, you must be morons to put out a sheet of diagrams that do not tell you or show you how to assemble it? but leave you to look at advertising photos to have some idea?Oh I forgot, you need a round file, the drilled holes in the plastic can be clogged from factory, and you will use a wooden mallet to give it some when needed, (a lot)And finally part H the front bar, some reviews say this has no pilot holes for the screws, (I agree but ignored it, had problems with 1st one, mallet came to my rescue, which is bad?, I drilled pilot holes in the 2nd one, and had no problem, noughty factory, or is it crap managment?

We purchased 2 of these chairs and we are really pleased with them. They are very easy to put together and are extremely robust. Plus they are really comfortable to sit in! All in all a great buy.

Der Stuhl steht im Freien und verspricht beste Haltbarkeit bei Wind und Wetter. Material sieht hochwertig aus, die glatten Oberflächen sollten leicht zu reinigen sein, war bisher aber nicht nötig. Zusammenbau ist nach Anleitung gut machbar, alle Teile passen perfekt zueinander. Akkuschrauber und Nusskasten sind aber dringendst zu empfehlen. Sitzkomfort ist prima, wenn! man eine Sitzauflage und zusätzlich ein Rückenkissen verwendet, daher hier nur vier Sterne.

Der hier angebotene Liegestuhl lädt bei wärmeren Temperaturen zum Verweilen ein. Aber vorher muss der Stuhl noch aufgebaut werden. Der Aufbau ist auf den ersten Blick etwas kompliziert. Alle Teile sind beschriftet, aber erst einmal muss man erkennen, was auf den Bilder der Anleitung eigentlich genau dargestellt ist. Wir haben am Ende mit einer aufbauenden Person rund 20 Minuten benötigt; mit weniger Übung beim Möbelaufbau solltet ihr euch aber nicht frustrieren lassen, wenn es länger dauert. Theoretisch liegt das benötigte Werkzeug bei, wir empfehlen aber einen Akkuschrauber mit Drehmomentbegrenzung. Damit geht es müheloser und schneller als manuell. Die Begrenzung ist nötig, um den Kunststoff nicht zu beschädigen. Eine durchdrehende Schraube würde das Gewinde zerstören. Bitte übertreibt es mit den Festziehen also nicht! Der Akkuschrauber in Verbindung mit dem kleinen Maulschlüssel zum Konzern der Mutter erfordert besondere Vorsicht, sonst sind die Finger schnell geklemmt.Tipp: der Querbalken aus dem letzten Schritt muss ins Plastik geschraubt werden, Vorbohrungen gibt es nicht. Dazu die Beine etwas nach außen Drücken, so dass Abschlüsse bündig werden.Das Zusammenklappen erfordert etwas Mühe und funktioniert nicht, wenn die Schrauben zu stark angezogen sind. Beim Wiederaufstellen ist es schwierig, die Löcher genauso übereinander zu bekommen, dass der Stift für durchgeht.Der Stuhl ist ordentlich verarbeitet und wir finden ihn optisch ansprechend. Einmal aufgebaut ist das Sitzen in ihm tatsächlich super bequem – es ist eher ein halbes Liegen. Hochschwanger könnte (auch aufgrund des geringen Abstands zum Boden) das Aufstehen schwerfallen. Super finden wir auch die breiten Lehnen - kann man dort doch entspannt die Kaffeetasse abstellen oder auch mal ein Buch ablegen. Hierzu eignet sich aber auch sehr gut der dazugehöriger Beistelltisch (ASIN B09WL5TVC1). Der Stuhl ist ordentlich schwer und kann gut bei Wind und Wetter draußen stehen.

Bewertet wird TORVA Adirondack Stuhl aus recyceltem Kunststoff, HDPE, zusammenklappbar,Das fast 20 Kilogramm schwere Paket kam gut verpackt und unbeschadet bei uns an.Der Terrassenstuhl aus recyceltem Kunststoff kommt in Einzelteilen und muss erst einmal zusammengebaut werden. Den Stuhl alleine aufzubauen, würde ich nicht empfehlen. Imbus-Schrauben mit Mutter müssen eingeschraubt und auch festgehalten werden und die Einzelteile sind, wie man beim Gewicht des Paketes schon vermuten kann, sehr schwer.Zu zweit benötigt man ca. eine Stunde für den Aufbau des wertigen Gartenstuhls. Je nachdem wie begnadet die Hände sind. Wir habe eher vier linke Hände.Die Kleinteile sind genau abgezählt. Alles passt sehr gut und lässt sich prima miteinander verbinden. Aber: Für den letzten Querbalken sind keine Löcher vorgebohrt. Der Balken muss eingeschraubt werden. Der aufgebaute Stuhl ist robust, stabil und kann zur Aufbewahrung sogar zusammengeklappt werden.Die breiten Armlehnen sind sehr bequem und man kann auch mal eine Kaffeetasse darauf abstellen. Und es ist ein schöner Platz für unsere Katerchen, die sehr gerne auf Armlehnen sitzen.Auch zum Sitzen ist der Stuhl total bequem. Man mag gar nicht aufstehen. Noch ein kuscheliges Kissen und der neue Lieblingsplatz ist komplett.Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos.Ich durfte den Terrassenstuhl im Rahmen des Vine Programms kostenlos testen. Das hat keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung.Ich bewerte den Stuhl mit 4.5 Punkten, weil das Material recycelt ist, hochwertig wirkt, die Verarbeitung in Ordnung ist, der Stuhl bequem und gut verstaut werden kann. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, deswegen ziehe ich einen halben Punkt ab.

Ich habe für den Zusammenbau des Stuhls alleine etwa 90 Minuten gebraucht.Vorwiegend werden hier Gewindeschrauben mit Imbuskopf verwendet. Alles passt optimal ineinander, aber wer den Stuhl alleine aufbaut hat Probleme das Gewicht des zu schraubenden Teils zu halten, die Schraube reinzudrehen und gleichzeitig die Mutter festzuhalten. Aus diesem Grund habe ich erst alles nicht direkt fest angezogen, sondern nur zusammengesteckt und leicht fixiert. Ganz zum Schluss, bis auf die letzte Leiste, habe ich alles fest angezogen. Das war wesentlich einfacher, weil ich das Gewicht nicht mehr halten musste. Die letzte Leiste wird mit vier Kreuzschrauben fixiert. Hier sind keine Löcher vorgebohrt und ich habe einen Akkuschrauber zu Hilfe genommen um die Schrauben zu versenken.Vom Befestigungsmaterial ist nicht eine Schraube oder Unterlegscheibe übrig geblieben. Das war hier auch nicht nötig, denn die Materialen sind einwandfrei und passen wie gesagt optimal.Obwohl die Anleitung gut bebildert ist, habe ich an zwei Stellen sehr überlegen müssen wo mein Fehler liegt. Einmal war es die Richtung der Armlehne und einmal die Befestigung der "Scharniere". Mit Logik bin ich dann doch noch meinen eigenen Fehlern auf die Schliche gekommen :-DWas mir auffällt ist, dass der Stuhl, obwohl er aus Kunststoff besteht, wirklich sehr schwer ist. Ich als Frau mag ihn nicht alleine tragen. Deswegen wird er bei mir auch das ganze Jahr stehen bleiben. Es ist halt kein Stuhl für mal eben wegräumen. Zudem kommt noch: ist er einmal zusammengeklappt ist es eine Wissenschaft und ein Kraftakt diesen wieder auseinander zu bekommen. Vielleicht wende ich auch nicht den Trick an, den es eventuell gibt. Wenn es einen gibt, wurde er nicht Preis gegeben, weder auf der Anleitung noch in der Produktbeschreibung oder den Produktbildern.Durch den Kunststoff ist der Stuhl pflegeleicht und witterungsbeständig.
