It has a very light satin sheen.

Can I add decorative color chips to give a quartz effect?

I can’t answer that because I’ve never done it. Check on YouTube to see. That’s how I learned about this paint and how to do it. However, if I were to try that, I’d do 2 coats of base, sprinkle then one coat clear, let it cure for longer then do anther coat on top. Or more, if needed.

Can I use on kitchen countertops that are tile? I know there’s one for countertops bc I found this on sale
