Great rubber tee holder!
This tee holder does a great job. I use it for my indoor golf simulator. I got this particular one because of its short height. It stays below the level of the mat and holds a tee perfectly well.

Perfect for practice at the range. Be prepared to break some tees (buy cheap recycled wood tees for range). Have the whole family using one.

I recommend the 2" height version, this one is too low.
This tee is too low for use at my local driving range (with my Driver) even with extra-tall tees. If you use extra-tall tees and try to get the proper ball height above the mat for Driving, there will be very little of the tee engaged in this tee holder. Your tee will fly out every time you hit a ball and you will waste time hunting around for it. Also with this 1" height tee holder you have very little adjustment range simply because the overall height is only 1"After buying, trying, and giving up on this 1" tee holder I bought 2" height tee holders, and they work great. I recommend the 2" height tee holder.
