I BOUGHT THESE, AS THEY WERE DESCRIBED AS MORE OF A HERBAL REMEDY. SADLY, THEY DID NOT WORK FOR ME AND I HAD TO GO BACK TO MORE TRADITIONAL METHODS.

I’ve tried so many things out there and I stumbled upon these by fluke and I’m so happy I did. I have a wheat allergy so doing number 2 seems to be a lot different then it use to be. I take one every night before bed and every morning like clock work I’m good to go. I’m honestly so happy I found these!

Very happy with the product. I Like that it has an online service to go along with it to help you along. One of the reasons for purchasing this one. Will be purchasing again at the end of this supply.

This supplement offers to help with constipation, bloating and gas, with just one capsule per day.Now, I don't think you need to take one per day unless you have constant problems, but I have been taking one every day that I have felt like my stomach isn't digesting food properly.At 30p per capsule these are much more affordable than anything at supermarkets where you will easily pay 2-3x the price per dosage.They are surprisingly effective too, aiding with regular bowel movement that is comfortable overnight.The capsules are quite standard and are easy to swallow, so I have no problems there.Overall if you do spend money on medicines to aid with gas and bloating and especially with constipation, these are much cheaper and are still very effective too, so are well worth trying.

This is a nice gentle laxative for when you're having some digestive issues. Make sure to drink plenty of water when taking it, and it will soon help move things along. It's a bit pricey compared to things like Senokot, but you get a lot more capsules for your money, so it's actually more cost-effective if you need a bigger pack.

I ordered this supplement to try to get my gut moving again. Due to meds drinking lots of water isn’t always enough and a supplement is sometimes helpful. What I like about this one is that it hasn’t given me any nasty side effects at all. There has been no bloating, no horrific cramps, they are really gentle. That said you need to take one a day for a few days before they start to work, but they do work, just in a more natural way.I presume that ‘tamarind x blend’ is a blend of tamarind… which is a good supplement to take. It is great as an antioxidant as well as a laxative. So as you get 2 months supply in a bottle and you may not need to take them every day I think it’s pretty good value.
