Overall, I am satisfied with this camera. The build quality is excellent and feels premium and durable. The video quality is good for daily use, and the sound and microphone performance are also quite good. The camera offers good value for money and performs well overall. The main area that needs improvement is the adapter/charger. While it works fine, its build quality feels average and could be stronger and more reliable. A better-quality adapter would make the overall package even better. Update: Recently, my charger got damaged and stopped working. I contacted customer care, and their response was good and professional. They informed me that the charger would be replaced, and the process is currently pending. I appreciate their support so far. I will update this review after receiving the replacement charger and after using the product for a longer period. If I face any further issues or have additional feedback, I will share it here.

I recently bought the Trueview 4G Sim CCTV Outdoor Security Camera and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance — it’s an excellent choice for home, farm or remote site security. The 4G SIM support means I didn’t need Wi-Fi or complicated c I just inserted the SIM card and video right on my phone. The mobile app is easy to use and lets me check my property anytime from anywhere, which brings peace of mind knowing my space is monitored 24/7. The video quality is really clear, even in low light — the all-day colour vision and motion detection make it easy to spot people and activity without losing detail. The built-in mic and speaker for two-way audio are a nice bonus, letting me communicate if needed.

The camera is good no worries, but this 1 star has to be shared by Amazon and Trueview as they fail to disclose this camera does not have WiFi and is not returnable as well despite being on prime. As a first time camera buyer I was not aware of this company's camera's specifications.

I have been using the Trueview 3MP 4G Mini PT Security Camera for the past 15 days, and my experience has been very positive. The video quality is sharp during both day and night, and the 4G SIM support makes it ideal for remote locations without Wi-Fi. The only drawback is the human detection, which often triggers false alerts for animals or other movement. While this doesn't affect the camera's core performance, it reduces the accuracy of motion notifications. Overall, the camera offers excellent value for money with its image quality, night vision, and 4G connectivity. If the human detection is improved through future firmware updates, it would be an even better product.

My 4th and 5th cameras from Trueview. This for out door. Solidly built, Trueview cameras give excellent image and area coverage thru pan and tilt. App to control camera easy to use with ability to detect motion and raise alarm thru push notification. Any issues promptly addressed thru Trueview Tech support vide whatsapp. Very satisfied !
