The Joseche Adjustable Sport Headphones work well, and are easy to use. The headband is soft and stays in place. I use them specifically for sleep, and they do not interfere with sleep at all, even when laying on your side. For the price, I recommend them. The only drawback is the volume control, which when you reach the high or low volume point, it gives out a full volume beep to indicate you have hit the maximum or minimum. For sleeping, it can be a bit jarring when you are trying to lower the volume at night. Otherwise they are easy to connect to bluetooth, and work exactly as promised.

My husband is a loud snorer and he also works crazy hours, often leaving for work at 2am. I have always worn headphones or earbuds to help drown out the noise so that I can sleep, but the headphones often hurt my ears and head after sleeping with them on for a couple of hours and I always lose one or both of the earbuds somewhere in or under the bed.These Bluetooth headphones have literally changed my life! They are so soft and comfortable, the wires tuck away and stay that way all night. A full charge lasts over 10 hours so I don’t have to worry about the battery life. They drown out all of the surrounding noise and I am able to sleep comfortably all night!Also, the fact that these are adjustable makes a huge difference! I’ve tried one other pair of headphones like this but they weren’t adjustable and just kept sliding off my head at night. These stay exactly where I put them all night long.The Bluetooth was easy to connect to my iPhone and the buttons are simple and super easy to use!My only regret is that I didn’t buy these sooner!

I bought these to help block my husbands loud snoring noises. Im a side sleeper & earbuds are so uncomfortable. These are super comfortable & the sound is great but the do not block noise. I had the volume as loud as I could take it & could still hear the thunderous snoring. I willKeep these as Bluetooth headphones but stillsearching for snoring relief.

I am a side sleeper, who has insomnia, mostly due to anxiety. I needed a way to listen to calming music or ambiance noise while sleeping, but my partner needs it to be quiet to sleep. Other headphones really hurt, or were too loud in the ear that I sleep on, making for a completely uncomfortable experience.I was worried that this would have some of the same problems, but I was pleasantly surprised. When wearing the item, I do not feel any of the electronic components and it doesn't impede my comfort in any way. The volume is easily adjusted to just right for whatever environment. It's adjustable to fit any head size, and it even can double as a sleeping blind fold for when you must sleep in a lit area. The sound quality is pretty good for the price too. It isn't a noise canceling device, however. I can still hear my partner snore, but that's ok, snorting never really kept me up anyway. If you are looking for a noise canceling device, this isn't it. It has no way to block noise as it just rests over your year and has no foam soundproofing like noise canceling headphones need.

First of all, wash before using. It caused my head and face to itch severely so that I couldn’t use it until I washed it.The speaker must be centered directly over the opening of your ears and has to be secured tightly or you hear nothing regardless the volume setting. It is too large for my head and will not work without taking it up with clamps to hold it tight against my head. (I took a photo.).The fabric is stretchy so if you have a large head, it should work well. I cannot take it up in the front because it pulls the speakers up between my ears and my temples so I have to take it up in the back. That makes it so I can only sleep on my sides. It is too bulky and hurts to lie on my back with it taken up to fit my head. My hips hurt sometimes and I am unable to sleep on my sides, so I cannot use this every night; only when my hips do not hurt and I am able to lie on my side. I would give a five star rating if it were available in smaller sizes bec fit is imperative or it is worthless.For perspective I measured my head just above my ears and it is 20-1/2” around. Hope that helps.It is comfortable otherwise, cool, I can use my 3D eye mask without a problem and is easy to pair and use. I live at a noisy intersection and this drowns out the noise and I use a sleep app with no problem which is great. It also works with spotify. It works well adjusting the volume unlike other headphones I have tried and one setting wasn’t loud enough and turn it up one notch and then it is too loud. I haven’t had that issue with these. I love that I can adjust the headband and keep the ear pieces in place all night long. The headband is soft, and the ear pieces are thin. I have tried many “sleep earbuds” without success. Most press hard against my ear when I lay on my side, which hurts and makes it impossible to sleep. I have been using this type of sleep headphones for years. I bought this one recently just for an upgrade! 😁

I do a sleep meditation every night. I have other wireless devices that are too big to lie on so I was using my Airpods, but they don't have volume control AND I would wake up with a soar ear because while I was listening to the meditation (awake) I would be careful NOT to lie on my ear and press the pod into my ear, but then I would fall asleep and wake up in pain because I would end up lying on the Airpod. With this headband I can lie on my ear and it is perfect. The little speaker is flat enough and small enough that it doesn't jab my ear. I purchased this one because it was adjustable and had a "strap" in the back instead of the band and I was worried about getting too hot. So I believe that if I didn't get warm or woken up for some other reason during the night I would be able to sleep through the night with this headband on. The material is very soft, the headband is very comfortable. I only use them for my meditation so the volume is fine. They are not noise cancelling. I am super happy I purchased this headband with speakers!
