The spray can be messy since you can't see what you're doing but the effectiveness is spot on. There is a very slight sting at first which quickly goes away. There is a cream version of this but if you're in a hurry, this way is faster and cleaner. As far as overspray, just use some bathroom tissue and wipe it away, quick and easy. It relieves pain and discomfort fast, which is what you want. This saved me a trip to the doctor.

This stuff really saves my life when my roids flair up. Worth every penny.

This product works well for intended use. Make sure you pay attention to usage warnings as there are some medical conditions that might prevent usage of it.I also don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience of ordering this product online.It's nice to have on hand.

Comforting and effective but Ladies, be careful. Burns like hell if you get it near the area where you urinate.

The product works great but the can I received lost the ability to spray after I used it a couple of times. So I ended up with a can 3/4 full but since I didn't use it all right away it is now useless to me. Tried to get a refund but waited too long to complain about it.

It stopped aerosolizing contents after 2 uses. Complete waste of money.

Great product but it is half the cost at walmart. I am not sure why it is so expensive on amazon.
