Just a brief story about my experience with Research Verified Marine Collagen powder. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis(a narrowing of the spinal canal)years ago, it is a painful condition that can get worse if the narrowing continues and the majority of my pain was felt in the back of my neck, shoulders and down into my upper arms. I like this product because it is marine based collagen rather than bovine based collagen. I have found it to be easy to take as there is no objectionable taste to it and mixes in with anything I have used with it.

I decided to delve into Collagen Powder since I have the beginnings of osteoporosis in my hip and lower back, even though I keep a good Calcium/Vit D regimen, etc. Also, some joint stiffness. After about 2 weeks of using this collagen powder, my joints have no stiffness, even upon waking. Won't know if it is helping my bones til my next DEXA, but I'll update.Unfortunate the product is unavailable on Amazon at the moment.
