I absolutely love these blinds and also dealing with the company was so good. So happy that I received them.

The blinds looks great! The motor seems strong and operates smoothly. Customer services is fantastic, very friendly and prompt responses, and we very accommodating to change the delivery address; my brother and I bought this together as a gift for our mother and I forgot to change the delivery address to my brother's home. The product was customized quickly and arrived on time. The only draw back is the optional app to control the blinds via iPad. The app works correctly for all features, except for the option to select a percentage for the blind position. It doesn't matter which percentage you select the blinds will rotate 100% to the opposite direction, you have to use the pause feature to stop the rotation where you want it. There is an automation scheduler that allows you to set the percentage of rotation, but it completely rotates, which makes the percentage selection useless. But outside of this one issue, the blinds are fantastic.

I was looking for motorized vertical blinds the were not only pretty but that you could also link to Alexa. I could only find two and this was one of them. I have to admit, at first I was a little hesitant because I had never heard of this company and did not know if product was going to be some cheap material or not. I read some of the reviews they had and everyone seemed to be happy with product and company service, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I ordered my vertical blinds from this company. Not only are my blinds beautiful, well made and look so clean and worth the money, this company has the best customer service I have experienced and they wrap the items extremely well. I ran into a small issue with the blinds which required me to contact the vendor. They responded very quickly. They sent me a replacement part quicker than anticipated which fixed my issue. I now have my beautiful blinds working well. I linked them to Alexa, applied a time to open and close automatically with no problem. Love my blinds and this vendor so much, I am thinking of replacing my vertical office blinds with one like these. I truly and highly recommend this vendor. Yoolax is from now on my goto blind company for all my blinds.

Initial part that came had some damage during shipping and couldn’t work properly.Yoolax sent another one quickly and now it works great!And as some others have also mentioned, the rail is also very quiet compared to other motorized curtains.Good product, great and fast customer service!

I got this solely for the remote open and close option and that part is so cool. I love how it is very quiet. I wake up very early before anyone awake, and with my old ones it was loud doing it manually. These guys when I click the button you can barely hear anything and is nice and slow. I gave a four instead of five stars due to it does look pretty cheap looking. The valiance at the top could have been made a little and no matter what I do I can’t get it unbent or completely straight looking. But overall does it’s job.

Very impressed with these motorized verticals. They were a cinch to install, super quiet! The videos I've watched of them didn't really give a good description of the sound when they are closing/opening. You don't hear any motor sound. Very faint sound of the vanes moving is all. Customer service is top notch, 5 out of 5. I emailed them several times with questions and they immediately responded back. Once I received them and went to install I had one question and they responded immediately.Cons: Really only 2, the first one is the valance. I would like to see an option for a more rigid tailored look (see my photo, I made a frame to put the valance fabric they was included, I cut off the velcro strip and adhered it to a frame.). The second improvement would be to include a 12' cord instead of a short one and two short extensions. The reason is if you want to run the power cord down the wall in a wiring concealer (the small plastic ones you can paint to match your wall) it would be nice to not have the plug connector in the middle of the wall. I purchased a 12' extension cord and bundled the wire up on top of the blind and am using the wiring concealer so it will run down the wall with a clean look.

RELIABILITYYoolax has a very good product when it comes to motorized vertical blinds. When properly installed, these blinds open, close, and block off the light in a very reliable manner. I've had my blinds in service now for a week and it has been operating flawlessly. Take to watch the Yoolax product video, there are several sections packed into one video, but they cover the entire spectrum of customer concerns: installation, remote pairing, and operation. I was not able to get the "Tuya" App to work, but I was successful with the Yoolax Smart App. Once configured, I was able to deploy Alexa to open and close the blinds with voice commands.CUSTOME SUPPORTI was most impressed with Yoolax's customer support. They provided me with a stellar customer and product support. They were very responsive in addressing all of my concerns. There are very few companies these days that believe in an old saying, "the customer is always right." Yoolax upheld this long-lost ethic, and I believe this is the key to their success. It took me a bit to get them set up correctly (I had to find the reverse setting as they were opening when I pushed close and closing when I pushed open.) I like how the slats are set up, if you have an uneven floor you can adjust the height of each individual slat as needed by wrapping a little more fabric over the holding rod. I think they are easier to control with the remote than with a smartphone. Also when programming to close automatically they just slide across but don't close the slats. Automatic opening opens the slats and then slides then to the side. Bargain motorized blinds.
