They dont keep them down the 20 yards they claim. Need something different to attach them as their idea doesn't work. I lost 2 due to wind blowing them away! They do appear to be waterproof. If I can figure out a way to attach them besides their useless hooks I will be very pleased. They are not sticky at all. For the money, good value. The only problem is finding a way to attach them. The instructions are in the middle of the package rather than when you first open it.
