Was very disappointed.. felt cool or about 10 minutes then ...
Was very disappointed.. felt cool or about 10 minutes then same temp as a regular pillow. A regular pillow is easy to turn .. this is not.. very heavy and is large.. I continue to try to use but not happy.. would not recommend it to anyone looking for a continuously cool pillow

It is soft.
nice enough. However, once a pillow case is on, and I'm wearing my PJ's, the blue cool down bit is all but gone, i can't tell anyway. But it's softer on that side. The best thing I can say is that I've bought A LOT of pillows over the years at all prices. i didn't return this one.

this pillow is great I got the best sleep I've had in years I have to sleep on my side because of cervical fusion I woke up after the first nights sleep with no headache people if you have neck or back problems like I do try this pillow you will love it

5 star quality pillow !
I have been using this pillow for 2 weeks and I love it! The memory foam gave my neck the perfect support , fits my sleep position well. Not too soft also not too firm. The packaging is very well done , perfect delivery.highly recommend!!
