I have already given my answer to "are you disappointed"? Yes, I am disappointed. The shoes have already stretched out and kinda flop when I walk. As I said earlier, the color is perfect. That's all.

Q: Are these slip resistant?

They have a textured sole, so somewhat provide slip resistance. The grooves are not deep though. This is a very lightweight shoe.

Q: Just a Tan colored keds type tennis shoe?

yes kinda, and it was very light shoe..

Q: Are theses made of cotton? I want to get them for tie dye.

The description states fabric and synthetic. That's all I can tell you.
