Received a different item than I ordered
I ordered a C540H1YG cartridge and received a C540H4YG cartridge. I'm not sure why this was done, nothing in the description of the item says that this might occur since these are supposedly compatible. But I'm baffled why this would happen...The cartridge was also received covered in yellow toner powder, like it wasn't sealed well. That took me a while to clean off before installing it in the printer.
