This product is great. My husband suffers from migraines and when he gets them nothing can help. But this gel mask works. Its in the freezer and when he needs it he just gets it and put it on. Its comfortable. It gets really cold and keep it dark for him. This is awesome.

I need to look for something that doesn’t squeeze my head. It also doesn’t last as long as I wish.

Right out of the delivery package, I tried this headache mask on. It was cool, and it felt good. I suffer from pretty severe inflammation. My brain feels too big for my skull. This felt so nice. I read other reviews and decided to skip the freezer since I’m sensitive to cold and I put it in the plastic zip lock bag and stuck it in the fridge. Having a particularly rough morningC I decided to put it on. Heaven. It feels so so good. The gel is soft. It’s soothing. It’s perfect. Someone had recommended this to me for the headaches and I’m glad they did. Better than just an ice pack on one section of my head.

I am so happy with this headache hat and plan on buying another one as a backup!. Fits great and of good quality. I prefer the cold therpy which keeps cold for about 20-30 minutes. No more of the ice packs for the headaches!

My preteen gets migraines pretty frequently so we are willing to try just about anything! This thing works magic!!! It can turn a 7/10 migraine into a 3/10 migraine in about 15 minutes without any meds. The preteen hates to take the migraine meds since they make her super groggy so this is a nice alternative that actually works!!!! We got 2 of them so we can always make sure to have a cold one. This thing even helps eliminate a typical 1/10 or 2/10 headache for my daughter so she wears one to bed almost nightly because the combination of the cold and the slight pressure for the wrap makes it so easy for her to fall asleep, she does take it off sometime during the night.

This gets super cold!! Not like some ice packs that warm up after five minutes. And this gives cooling compression around your whole head!! I love to use this in bed when I have a migraine. It stays on my head way better than a simple ice pack and it stays way colder too. It's nice and thick material, kinda feels like a wet suit material. It's a must-have for migraines!

Perfect fit

It felt too tight on my head. It doesn't stay cold very long. I found that it was too cold to wear right out of the fridge. I had to let it sit for about a half hour or it was too cold to wear. Once it reached a comfortable temperature It worked well.

It's amazing, i've suffered with tension in my head for years that builds up throughout the day. Finally this gives me some relief
