Q: Is this the Model T version?

The packaging that I have does NOT say anything about it being a "T" version. Neither does the manual insert that came in the package. It does, however, give a website where you can learn more about this model. It is: TREZOR.IO/START QR scan number: 710882350611

Q: Is there a functional difference(s) between the $139 grey model and the $99 black/white models?

As far as I know no difference except the color. They are working on the version 2 but its not for sale yet. But more important is the seal over the package, it should be untouched or it may have been tamperred and should be send back. Hope this helps
