Dropped, then shipped
The product is excellent, 5 stars.The 3-pack was dropped, shattering the plastic bottle cap on one of the bottles, then packaged for shipping.The bottle with the shattered cap then emptied itself into the 3-pack wrapping, then into the cardboard box. I expected to see a hole in the box, but it was pristine, very well handled by Prime Shipping.For receiving 3 bottles completely coated by the contents of 1 of those bottles -- ZERO stars.Accidents happen, but that mess should never have been sent.

Product was beyond its "best by" date.
I was excited to find this product available but its super old. I received the product after the "best by" date which I understand means still edible but the flavor is not as good. I guess it's the end of times for this product. Very disappointed.
